What I actually do: I ask better questions than most, find the real problem underneath the stated one, and bring the right people together to solve it. Whether that's helping a company grow from concept to $45M in total lending, rebuilding a stagnant go-to-market, or guiding an organization through a technology transformation — the throughline is curiosity, candor, and follow-through.
